“There is a good variety of projects in the pharma industry” - Maarten De Coninck

For the past 4 years I have been working as Senior GxP Process and Project Engineer for the Agidens Life Sciences division. My colleagues and I form a very tight project team and we all aim to achieve the same goals.

All Agidens employees are very motivated people. This is probably related to the diversity of our jobs. I get to do different things each day. One day I do engineering and another day I make sure that practical implementation on site runs smoothly.

There is a very good diversity in the projects in the pharma industry. I alternate one project with another and this change between different projects makes my job very pleasant to do.
