Agidens, the Belgian system integration company specialized in process optimization through advice, engineering, automated solutions and maintenance services, has announced the formation of a new partnership with NLT-Pivaco Group. With this alliance, both companies strive to bring more efficiency to their customer base by offering a complementary service range and thus forming the ultimate one-stop-shop for process projects within their key focus markets.
“At Agidens, we strongly believe that an in-depth knowledge of the market and its technologies forms the basis for continuous progress of the installations we work on. This partnership therefore perfectly suits our philosophy and vision ‘Progress brings us together’”, comments Geert Stienen, CEO of Agidens. The combination of Agidens’ expertise in process engineering and turnkey automated solutions with NLT-Pivaco’s extended know-how in the design and build of process installations with stainless steel piping brings a total of over 75 years of experience in the Food & Beverage and Chemicals industries. By offering collaborative turnkey projects, customers can benefit from streamlined project management, optimized planning and flexibility and fit-for-purpose engineered, designed and automated installations.
When asked about this new partnership, Jo Janssens, Division Manager of the Agidens Food & Fine Chemicals division says: “Agidens has 30 years of experience in the Food & Beverage and Chemicals industry. Our strength lies within our dedicated in-house expert teams in the field of process engineering, E&I and software. As a brand independent service provider, we carry out projects in different niche industries as an EPCM contractor or we can carry out a specific part as a contractor. By collaborating with NLT-Pivaco as a mechanical subcontractor, we can add further to our knowledge and tailor our solutions even better.
Erik Groes, Managing Director of NLT-Pivaco Group adds: “Thanks to our continued attention to the quality of our services, we are a growth company with almost 100 employees that could double in terms of turnover in just four years. We want to continue this growth, diversify our services, possibly take over other companies and also look across national borders. The collaboration with Agidens as an experienced system integrator and automation partner is therefore an important step for us. It will allow us to make our offer even stronger.”
